The facility tries to provide short-term rehab patients a private room. This is based on availability and not a guarantee. Majority of our rooms are semi-private.

Smoking is allowed but only when supervised by staff. Smoking time is posted and residents will be reminded. Residents are not allowed to keep any smoking materials in the rooms.

Therapists are in the building at least 5 days a week.

Residents are allowed to leave the facility. Resident will be ask to sign out when leaving and sign back in upon return.

Each patient is assessed on a case by case basis. Admissions can be done 24/7. Payer sources included Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, most commercial insurance, and Medicaid pending. Private room rate is $180 per day and semi-private room rate is $130 per day.
